Songfa's metal composite material, is rolled together by solid phase composite rolling mill with three or more layers of different metallic materials which have been surface treated beforehand, resulting in having excellent property of its constituent original materials.The basic material must possess a certain degree of cold working properties and annealing softening state, which is the premise for producing the mechanically inseparable composite.Very strong atomic bonding formed between different materials due to combined effect of solid phase composite and the subsequent diffusion treatment. By the combination, thick seamless composite layer is added to composite materials.There will be no delamination in the subsequent process of  bending, folding, roll stamping, forming, stretching and deep drawing. All solid phase composites can be retreated on the promise of no damage to property since there is no fragile rigid middle layer.
